The student may cancel tutoring by giving at least 24 hours prior notice to TuitionZone in which case no tuition fees will be incurred.
Missed sessions without at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full. Our tutors must still be paid for their time.
The student may cancel tutoring by giving less than 24 hours’ notice due to following reasons.
- The student is not feeling well as certified by a medical practitioner.
- The student requires to appear in court.
- The death of an immediate member of student’s family.
